Hello, and welcome to your all-inclusive guide to event and program planning at Washington College! This page is your one-stop shop for a successful student event. Below is the simple three-step process for reserving space on campus and registering your event with the Office of Student Activities. Please note, if you are planning to have alcohol at your event, select the Alcohol Event Registration Form, and if you are not planning to have alcohol, please use the Event Registration Form.
The Office of Student Activities offers the use of its sound, lighting, and outdoor movie screen equipment to recognized student clubs and organizations on campus. To use these items you must complete the Sound & Lighting Request Form and turn it in to the Office of Student Activities Program Production Intern a minimum of two weeks prior to your event date.
We also highly recommend that you download and review the Event Planning Guide to help you plan and prepare for a successful event.
Please note: All forms can be filled out on the computer up to the signature section and printed out or printed as a blank document and filled out by hand before getting forms signed by the appropriate office in person.

Send an e-mail to the appropriate office to request the space you would like to use for your event using the Space Reservation Template. NOTICE: You have not completed the Space Reservation process until you have received a confirmation e-mail from the person in charge of reserving the space.
Complete the Event Registration Form and bring it to the Office of Student Activities. If you event will have alcohol, complete the Alcohol Event Registration Form. Forms can be filled out electronically and be printed out or filled in by hand. Space Reservation confirmation e-mail must be attached to your Registration Form.
Await approval. Address any concerns and make necessary adjustments to event.
